Our designer aquariums are popular with businesses who find having a tank in their reception/waiting area can become a valuable tool for your business. Imagine your rep is late for a meeting with an important client, if you sit them in front of a pile of magazines they will be bored and irritated by the wait. Whereas if they are sat in front of a fish tank they will be put at ease by watching the tank (fish are a proven stress reducer) and the rep will have the perfect ’ice-breaker’ when the client comments “like your fish tank….”
In fact any public waiting area can benefit from having a fish tank such as fast food restaurants, doctor and dentist surgeries and health/fitness centres amongst others.
At Coxwell Aquatics we are dedicated to offering a superior level of service to our customers. We will not sell a fish until we are satisfied the customer has a suitable tank and water conditions to look after the fish. We often get people coming into the shop who are disillusioned because they have been given bad advice by other shops and have lost fish and been unable to enjoy their hobby.
We are happy to take the time to explain everything to our customers and help them achieve the tank of their dreams and stop any problems before they start.
One are we are particularly passionate about is not selling fish to people with a tank that is too small for that species. One of the biggest victims of this problem is the common Goldfish. Many people don’t realise that a goldfish will grow up to and sometimes over 12” so need a tank of at least 3 foot long with a powerful filter.
We also stock a large range of smaller cool water fish ideal for the smaller tanks new comers to the hobby often associate with goldfish.
